About Fanciful Flights

Karen Rossi is a talented artist whose love of art has inspired her to create an extraordinary collection of whimsical metal miniature sculptures. Each unique piece tells a story about a person, place or idea, she then transforms those stories into brightly colored zany 3-D portraits! Each piece is painstakingly laser cut, hand etched, hand painted and assembled. Each colorful character features themed accessories and a wonderful wit of its own. All flights come beautifully gift boxed and are about 5 inches long and wide. They can be hung wherever you fancy. Fanciful Flights often retire, so if you see a sculpture that you like get it before it is gone forever!!

Dad has the following charms...a remote control, little blue and pink children, a tool kit, a lawn chair, newspaper, taxi, car, coins, a heart with the words "#1 Dad" and more!  He wears black pants and a yellow shirt.  A small card is included with the following poem...

"Whines for a cookie, drags his feet in the mall.  He's still a big kid even though he is tall.

Movie Buff always knows what's playing at the local theatre!  She is ready for a good flick with her bag of chips, 3-D eyeglasses, tickets, "Coming Soon" flyer, box of chocolates and more.  Her dress is decorated with a large box of popcorn. 

A small card is included with the following poem...

"Comedies, dramas,
and action flicks too.
A jumbo popcorn,
I'll sit next to you!"

The Sports Mom Flight is always on the go.  She carries all kind of sports equipment like a tennis racket, baseball, soccer ball, football, basketball, a megaphone that says "Go Team", a taxi and more!  Her cap says "Wow" on the top and she wears a whistle around her neck.  A small card is included with the following poem... "Load up the van, before the game begins. Lets count today among our season's wins!"

#1 Teacher carries books (titled "read" and "study"), an apple, ruler, children and more.  She wears a purple dress and is always ready with her trusty ruler in her pocket.  The teacher ornament measures about 3.5 inches while the circle she is suspended in measures about 5 inches.

Tweenager has the following charms...a hair dryer, music notes, coins, car, soda cup, radio and more.  She has headphones on her head and is wearing jean capris. She comes with a small card with the following poem... "I'm unique and special, I'm finding my way. I'm changing and challenging, every day!"

Wedding Couple is a double flight perfect for celebrating that new wedding.  The flower arch has the words "Happily Ever After".  The Bride and Groom carry champagne, glasses, hearts, lace, flowers and more.

"On our wedding day
as husband and wife.
We are committed to each other
as partners for life!"
